Hi, I'm Matt Beine.

Here’s what more than 20 years of experience taught me: medical got you the candidate; non-medical is why they stayed.

Non-medical plays a huge role in building your reputation as a great place to work, as it literally represents everything else. Yet we treat non-medical as a secondary consideration with our time, in our training, and with our resources.

As your benefits advisor, we will NOT:

I built gennaíos to bring focused expertise to the part of your benefits program that deserves more than an afterthought. My goal is to widen your aperture — help you ask the right questions, understand the strategic implications of some choices, understand how plan design shapes employee perceptions, and know where the real levers are in carrier negotiations.

At the end of the day, we want to enable your best intentions, so your employees can enable theirs.
